By accessing and using ComplianceHub ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
ComplianceHub is an online directory that lists software tools related to EU compliance and sustainability. The directory allows users to browse, compare, and review listed tools. Vendors may submit their tools for inclusion and purchase Featured listing placements.
3. User Accounts
Some features require authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed.
4. Tool Listings
ComplianceHub provides information about third-party tools as a reference service. We do not endorse, guarantee, or warrant any listed tool. Listings are based on publicly available information and vendor submissions. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee that all information is complete or up to date.
5. Tool Submissions
Vendors may submit tools for review. Submission does not guarantee listing. We reserve the right to approve, reject, or remove any listing at our discretion. Submitted information must be accurate and not misleading.
6. Featured Listings
Featured listings are paid placements that provide enhanced visibility. Payment is a one-time fee processed through Stripe. Featured status is applied after successful payment. Featured listings are non-refundable once the featured status has been activated, as the service is delivered immediately upon payment.
7. Reviews
Users may submit reviews of listed tools. Reviews must be honest, relevant, and based on genuine experience. We reserve the right to remove reviews that are abusive, misleading, spam, or violate these terms. Reviews reflect the opinions of individual users and not of ComplianceHub.
8. Intellectual Property
The ComplianceHub website design, logo, and original content are our property. Tool names, logos, and descriptions belong to their respective owners. By submitting a tool, you grant us permission to display the provided information in the directory.
9. Limitation of Liability
ComplianceHub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service, reliance on listed information, or transactions with third-party tool providers. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
